Settling up after the trip

The kassier cockpit shows every participant's balance and the smallest set of transfers that settles everyone up, so nobody pays more than once.

When the money has moved, the kassier marks the settlement complete. Everyone gets a summary email with their personal balance.

Only the organiser and the kassier can close a settlement.
