A trip with Jappoe runs through four steps. You start with an idea and end with a group that knows exactly who spent what. In between, you never have to chase anyone.
Invite your travel companions
Send one invitation. Each participant creates an account and fills in their own preferences: diet, allergies, room wishes, energy level. You watch the answers come in, and nobody has to print a form.
Build the programme
Jappoe lays all the preferences side by side and helps you build a programme the group can get behind. Unsure about an evening? Add an A/B track so everyone picks what suits them.
Settle in one go
During the trip you log expenses, in any currency. At the end Jappoe works out who owes who what, with the fewest possible transfers. Everyone gets a personal overview.
