Jappoe is software for organisers of group trips for clubs, societies and similar groups. It supports preference intake, group insights, programme planning and expense tracking. Jappoe is not a tour operator or booking service and does not sell transport, accommodation or activities. Agreements and bookings with third parties are made directly with that third party.

An organiser uses a regular account and is responsible for accurate information and the security of the sign-in link. A participant can join through a personal or shared trip link without a regular account. Only share such a link with the intended group and promptly report unauthorised access at hello@jappoe.com.

You agree to use Jappoe lawfully and respectfully. Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, infringing, or that exposes others' personal data without their consent. Do not scrape the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to send unsolicited marketing. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach this section.

Jappoe is free with fewer than 10 participants. A trip with 10 or more participants costs €99 including VAT. The paywall follows after the group insight. Invoicing is manual and there is no automatic payment flow yet. The organiser is responsible for payment and can split the amount with the group outside Jappoe.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the service is always uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every conceivable threat. We may schedule maintenance and will give notice when it is likely to affect you.

To the extent permitted by Dutch law, Babylon Optima B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty euro if no payment was made. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these terms or where required by law, with notice where reasonable. On termination, your data is handled in line with our privacy notice.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the app and via email at least thirty days before they take effect. The version label at the top of this page shows when the current text became effective.
