Why Jappoe exists
One trip for everyone did not work for me
Thomas Damen, founder of Jappoe
It started with a football trip.
On a trip with my football team, I shared one room with four other people. Nobody had asked how I wanted to sleep.
We also went out every night, even though part of the group did not enjoy that.
I would gladly have paid more for my own room. The organiser did not know because nobody had collected our needs.
That is why I built Jappoe. With those answers, an organiser can consider private rooms or a quieter evening option.

How much does Jappoe cost?
Jappoe is free with fewer than 10 participants. From 10 participants, a trip costs €99 including VAT.
Can I add my own programme?
Yes. You book flights, hotels and activities yourself. Then you add the programme to Jappoe.
Can Jappoe book trips too?
No. Jappoe helps with preferences, the programme and costs. You book the trip yourself.
What happens to sensitive preferences?
Participants choose whether to share sensitive information. The organiser only sees those answers with permission. Other participants never see personal answers. Permission can be withdrawn at any time.
