Do participants need an account?
No. The organiser shares one invitation link. Participants enter through that link and can complete their preferences without a regular account.
When do I pay?
Jappoe is free with fewer than 10 participants. From 10 participants, the paywall only follows after you have seen the group insight. The first trips are invoiced manually.
Can Jappoe book trips too?
No. Jappoe helps with preferences, the programme and expenses. You book flights, accommodation and activities directly with external providers.
What happens to sensitive preferences?
Jappoe asks for explicit consent for sensitive data. The organiser only sees what is needed for this trip and participants can withdraw consent.
